
David R. Streese
Attorney David R. Streese is a graduate cum laude from Marquette University Law School where he received numerous CALI (highest grade) awards, was an active member of the Moot Court Board, and was a competitor in the Jenkins Honors Moot Court Competition and the National Appellate Advocacy Competition in New York. Prior to pursuing his law degree, he received a Bachelor of Science Degree with a major in Accounting from Marquette University, where he graduated summa cum laude and was a member of the Beta Gamma Sigma Honor Society. Attorney David Streese was born and raised in West Bend, Wisconsin, and he graduated as Salutatorian from Kettle Moraine Lutheran High School in Jackson, Wisconsin.
David has been awarded on numerous occasions for his work in the estate planning sector, including receiving the “Five Star Professional Estate Planning Attorney” award from Showmark Magazine, and the “10 Best Attorneys, Estate Planning” award from the American Institute of Legal Counsel, for multiple years.
Prior to establishing DS Legacy Law, David was an attorney and then partner at Madden Law Group, S.C., for 10 years, where he was instrumental in growing, developing, and servicing its estate, Medicaid, and succession planning practice.
David is a member of the Wisconsin Bar Association, the Washington County Bar Association, and the Dodge County Bar Association. David has served or is currently serving on the Board of Directors of his home church as well as on the Board of Directors of Senior Citizens Activities, Inc., the Senior Center in West Bend. David is also a frequent public speaker on various estate planning, Title 19 planning, and succession planning topics.
As an avid musician, David has played electric guitar in numerous musical groups, and he currently plays electric guitar and sings in his church’s contemporary praise and worship band. David lives in West Bend, Wisconsin with his two children, Asher and Adeline.

Bonnie K. Feltz
Bonnie K. Feltz has been a paralegal for over 30 years and has worked with Attorney David R. Streese since 2016. Prior to working with Attorney David R. Streese, she was a paralegal for numerous other attorneys at other law firms, including at Petrie + Petit, Carroll Law Office, and Nelson Law Offices.
Bonnie is a value-driven paralegal with significant experience in estate planning, probate, trust administration, real estate, and business matters. Bonnie was also instrumental in the formation of and transition to DS Legacy Law, LLC, having worked as a paralegal under Attorney David R. Streese at Madden Law Group, S.C., and she is also the office manager of DS Legacy Law.
Bonnie has a passion for helping others and has volunteered her time with numerous organizations in the community, including teaching religious education in her Catholic church, being a member of her local Lioness Lions Club, and also volunteering for various fundraisers and events for the West Bend Senior Center, Senior Citizens Activities, Inc.
In her spare time, Bonnie enjoys spending time with her family, including her husband and two children, and playing with her two goldendoodles. She also enjoys spending time at her cabin in Shawano.
